Overview: Gala fundraising dinner invitation for charitable group providing infectious disease services to patients in need. Produced for Weber Shandwick while working at Elton Designs.

Challenges: Client ask included the use of multiple logos as well as a photo of a key speaker in addition to somehow featuring the location of the dinner (the Chicago Cultural Center). Timeline was also only a couple of days.

Solution: Provided three fully mocked-up ideas to streamline the editing process (two shown here—the second was ultimately chosen). Used black and white version of logos and photo and minimized their weight on the page to keep them from detracting from overall design. Chose to design a simpler version with the Chicago skyline as well as a version with the stained glass ceiling of the Chicago Cultural Center.
